Having grown up year-round in Southeast Alaska, Denny decided to pursue a career as a tour and fishing guide on Chichagof Island. The cabin that is used to host our guests is his childhood home! He has a unique understanding of the area. He looks forward to sharing his knowledge and love for Alaska with retreat guests.

Cooking and creating a cozy space has always been a passion. Little did she know that by marrying an Alaskan fisherman, she would have the opportunity to pursue a career as a gourmet cook and lodge hostess. Jana grew up in Santa Barbara, California. Her food is a delicious blend of Alaska ingredients with a California touch. She looks forward to sharing her meals and warm hospitality with retreat guests.
